The client’s intention is to convert part of the property to service apartment/ condotel. 

In considering its natural surroundings, we have adapted an eco-friendly design theme for the interior. As part of our space-planning strategy, every guest room would has its own outdoor landscape in enhancing the theme. Most material application are mostly recycle materials or natural materials display through its progressive stages.

在业主方的邀请下，我们为他在印尼万隆市的房地产提出了设计概念；客户的意图是将部分物业转换为服务式公寓/共管式公寓。 在考虑其在自然的环境中，我们对室内设计采用了环保设计主题。 作为我们空间规划的一部分，每间客房都将拥有自己的户外景观以增强主题。大多数材料的应用主要是回收材料或展示进过不同方式处理的天然材料。
